Our next exciting poetry-filled event happens on Sunday, 18th April, 2pm at The Promised Land (Windsor Place, Cardiff), featuring DAVID WOOLLEY and JACKIE CORNWALL.

DAVID WOOLLEY is the author of Pursued by a Bear (Headland), his fourth collection of poetry, out in May. He is both a Member and Board Member of Academi, and is on the Board of New Welsh Review.

JACKIE CORNWALL is a poet and playwright. With plays produced by the Everyman Theatre, in 1997 she was awarded the Chair for Poetry at the Welsh National Eisteddfod.

Come and read in our lovely, loft-like venue, or simply relax with a beer and hear the words flow! Bring your friends and come join us for another fun Sunday soon.
